Meghla Porjatan Complex First Destination
It is the most and frequent visited spot by the tourists from all over the country as it has the easiest access comparing other sites of Bandarban. It is in the contiguous area of the Bandarban hill district council on the gateway of Bandarban.
At the bottom of the hills there is a artificial lake and a Hanging Bridge over it. It not more than 4 Kilometers away from Bandarban town. This place has a great arrangement for the tourists for their amusement like- Children Park,Boat Journey, Mini Hanging Bridge etc.
Food and Accommodation: This place does not have any lunch arrangement. You can only get snacks. You can take lunch packet, if you want to pass whole day there. Outside the Meghla there are two restaurants such as Chinese and Continental food at Holiday Inn resort and Porjatan Motel. Accommodation facilities are also available in the resort and the Porjatan Motel.
Communication: - It is just 4 Kilometer away from Bandarban town. You can hire privet Jeep/CNG and auto rickshaw as transportation for Meghla. Local bus is your last option.
